Kris Kowalski - The Person

Kris Kowalski, is the only director of Kris Kowalski Architects. He has over 20 years experience in all facets of the industry from formulation of initial brief to contract administration. The core of the philosophy implemented in his work is a successful translation of the design concept into physical reality, whilst maintaining all critical objectives set out at the outset.

Kris Kowalski Architects expertise focuses on integrating the commercial objectives of our clients into a sensitive working design within the given parameters of urban context, relevant policies, by-laws and the community expectations.

The practice has wide experience in various methods of project procurement. We provide a variety of different architectural services which may be better suited to Design and Construct contract, traditional tender process, limited tender, or directly negotiated building contract.
