Final Stage for Hervey Bay DA

Kris Kowalski Architects are working with Watpac on Hervey Bay site at Boat Harbour Drive and we are now in the final stage of development approval process.  The design ensures that every unit has a share of the ocean, harbour and hinterland views. The development incorporates 254 units over 4 towers.  (artist's impression below)

Watpac and the Seymour Group have been successful in their recent tender for the neighbouring Hervey Bay Harbor Precinct.  (refer to Article from The Australian Financial Review below)
